Updated: Feb 4

As some of you know, I'm originally from Kuala Lumpur. After covid hit the world, and after we were allowed to travel domestically, I took advantage to visit Kuala Lumpur city as a tourist. I was in Kuala Lumpur actually for Hair Cut Training and I was lazy to spend time on the road since I know it will be long hours to get home because of traffic jam also I was avoiding to spend time on the bus in peak time because It was a Covid crisis, so I decided to stay at a hostel in Bukit Bintang. I think it was good because it will help my own country's economically, especially in the travel field that suffers because of Covid-19.

My review: I felt they don't ready for received my stay, in a term in the counter services, and also for a room. The counter person went outside when I was arrived and also during my leaving time, nobody at the counter. When I arrived, the counter person said they have male guests in the dorm for last night (the female dorm was empty last night) and not leaving yet but they will ask him to move to a mixed dorm. And the guy took so long to move and also change his clothes in a female dorm even though he knows the female dorm occupied at that time. I felt not so welcoming when people not ready to received my stay even though I already booked early. They leaving a phone number for check-in and check out, for guests to call them. I don't think It a good customer service, especially when it's a demand for a deposit. Some bed curtain was missing, can see the dust flies and I don't feel they maintain the room well. The lighting having problem, flickering, and blinking, the air-cond remote was missing and I felt they don
